Order is delayed

Restaurants and couriers do their best to deliver your order within the estimated time. Yet, some external factors or peak hours may cause a delay. The Bolt Food app will provide you with an estimated time of arrival once the restaurant confirms your order.

If the order is delayed, you will see the correct estimated time immediately after placing your order. You can check your order’s status by tracking it in the app.

If you believe something went wrong with your order which caused it to be delayed, please contact Support.
