Why my order was declined? What’s next?

A food order can be declined for a number of reasons:

  • The restaurant is at full capacity
  • The restaurant has closed its kitchen
  • The restaurant does not accept the chosen payment method
  • The item(s) you are ordering are no longer available
  • There are no delivery partners available to complete the delivery.
